This training program is suitable for clients who want to achieve maximum development of muscle mass. Training is done with the use of stato-dynamic and dynamic strength exercises both with your own weight and resistance.

 

Body toning & endurance

This training program is suitable for clients who want to improve their endurance and tone the body. Training is done in circuit form with addition of stato-dynamic strength exercises with your own weight and light resistance.
